Birthright citizenshi ?
Birthrighy citizenship means child born in US automatically becomes a US citizen no mattet where parents are from like any part of the world if the child born in US soil child bcomes a citizen of US under the 14th amendment to US constitution which wass add in 1868 . It says whoever born in US soil becomes a US citizen of us under this act .
The trumph's administration said that child born to non citizens should not automatically become the citizen of us . But Supreme court did not agree with this arguement.
